• Account information - your email address, and optionally your company name and website, provided when you subscribe.
• Billing information - processed by our third-party payment processor (Stripe). We receive limited details such as your plan, subscription status, and card metadata (e.g., brand and last four digits) as surfaced by the processor. We do not store full payment-card numbers.
• Authentication data - if you enable two-factor authentication, we store your authenticator secret in encrypted form.
• Usage & technical data - references you search or save, and standard log data (such as IP address, device and browser type, and timestamps) used to operate and secure the Service.

We use the information above to:

• provide, maintain, and improve the Service;
• process subscriptions and billing;
• authenticate you and protect account security;
• respond to support requests and send service and transactional emails; and
• comply with legal, tax, and accounting obligations.

We use strictly necessary cookies to keep you signed in (a session cookie and, if you choose, a trusted-device cookie). We do not use third-party advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.

We also store a functional cookie that remembers your chosen display currency for comp figures. It holds only a currency code, involves no tracking, and shares no data with any third party.

We share information with vendors that process it on our behalf to operate the Service, including payment processing, email delivery, and cloud hosting and database infrastructure. These providers are permitted to use the information only to provide their services to us.

We protect information using encryption in transit, encrypted storage of sensitive fields (such as two-factor secrets), password hashing, and optional two-factor authentication. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

You may access, update, or request deletion of your information, or ask questions about our practices, by emailing support@watchcompspro.com. You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account.

The Service is intended for business users aged 18 and over and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

We operate in the United States. By using the Service, you understand that your information will be processed in the United States.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with a new “Last updated” date.
